Starred restaurant in Gien offering fish and regional vegetables in season
Holders since 2015 of a Michelin star, which they will decline in 2023 in order to work on flavors as they see fit, without constraint, Sophie, Cléophée and Arnaud have opened Côté Jardin to share their fine culinary audacity around fish accompanied by regional seasonal vegetables, without neglecting beautiful poultry and elaborate desserts. Rare paintings of these dishes combine beauty and olfactory effervescence built on astonishing opposites. On the garden side, the chef becomes a painter. Regal, regal, regal... royal!

Un très joli cadre pour une cuisine d'exception. Le choix est limité mais la fraîcheur des produits est garantie et l'originalité de mise. Le prix et aussi très correct. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Restaurant gastronomique, belle présentation des assiettes, découverte des saveurs et des couleurs, très originale. Par contre, il y a juste la capacité d'accueil de 20 personnes donc pensez à réserver avant de vous y rendre.
