The picturesque village of Conflans, Conflans-sur-Loing, is nestled in a picturesque green setting. Conflans Hostel, held by Gaëlle and Suor Heng for the last six years, offers a traditional cuisine of taste surprises. The chef likes to concocter vegetable farandoles like the chervil bulb, butternut squash, or christophine. Ancient or exotic vegetables accompany meat, fish or crustaceans in an inspired approach, respecting the seasons. The map is renewed every quarter. New flavours and original colours seem to be good. To animate the small village, every Friday, they offer a theme meal, around the protectionism of veal or the fire of the oceans for example. An address that does not fade and whose quality is appreciated despite the price.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cette jolie auberge.
Je ne peux m’empêcher d’écrire ce petit mot, car quand c’est parfait il faut aussi savoir le dire.
Accueil chaleureux, cadre magnifique, propreté irréprochable, service parfait avec sourire et gentillesse, cuisine d’exception entièrement maison et ça se goute.
Bref, ça vaut le détour pour un dépaysement total.

Mois de la gastronomie donc menu royal avec cocktail de maison délicieux accompagné d'un beignet au foie gras et sa mousse de framboise et le reste du repas à base de poisson. Je ne suis pas une fan du poisson mais là j'ai apprécié car c'était très bien préparé et présenté. Un délice et en final la farandole de dessert. Prête à retourner dans cette auberge.
