La Table d'à côté, which has been awarded 1 Michelin star, is run by Christophe Hay and Loïs Bée, chefs with a sharp passion, who honor all the finest regional references: caviar, aspe, pike-perch, catfish, truffles, calf's trotters, mouflon sheep from the Domaine de Chambord. White wines from Orléans, Pouilly and Chablis and red wines from Sancerre by Bourgeois and Gevray Chambertain by Arlaud reveal rare flavors and balanced blends.
