In Chambray, handball is king with the CTHB (Chambray Touraine Hand Ball) women's team, which has been playing in the D1 since 2016, and has competed in the 2021-2022 EHF European League Cup. The club attracts top-level recruits every year, in a team that people come to cheer on at home matches at the Fontaine Blanche gymnasium. And for those tempted by the discipline, the club offers children's and adult leisure training.

Le Chambray Touraine Hand Ball est en 1ère division féminine désormais et en ce début de saison, les filles du CTHB sont performantes. L'ambiance est super mais le gymnase reste par contre assez petit et la plupart des places assises sont pour les partenaires/vip donc il n'est pas rare de devoir regarder le match debout, c'est un peu dommage, surtout avec une place à 10€.
