In the heart of the Bocage, not far from La Châtre, Valérie Kupiecki raises poultry (including the local breed, the Noire du Berry), sheep and palmipeds... If it is the ideal place to buy capon, turkey, poularde or goose to roast at the end of the year, it is also a very good place to buy duck or goose foie gras! The products are sold at the farm and on the markets of Chateaumeillant and Saint-Florent sur Cher (on Fridays), and of La Châtre and Issoudun (on Saturdays). Open house the first weekend of December.
