This farm is home to 160 dairy goats. With their milk, Dominique Couturier manufactures AOC, Stool-sur-Cher and Valençay cheeses. There are also cheeses to be tasted at the time of the aperitif in the form of a sewing dice but also crottins, hearts and white cheese.

For several centuries, the estate has been living the family of Francis Jourdain, the current owner, installed on the slopes of the Cher. A beautiful expression of the land for valençays all in minerality and wallets all in a roundabout, regularly rewarded.

Jean-François Roy has been self-employed since 1989 in this beautiful region on the borders of Sologne, Berry and Touraine, and continues a family tradition of pleasure and quality. Its 28-hectare estate gives pride of place to the Valençay, but the touraines are not to be outdone. The winegrower has been able to diversify his activity to develop many different vintages, offering very varied expressions of their terroir. Very committed to preserving the environment, the winegrower launched his estate in an eco-responsible approach. Certified Terra Vitis, the estate has also obtained level 3 certification as a High Environmental Value Operation.

Nature, wine, a vine enthusiast who knows how to talk about it. A passion passed down from father to son for four generations, which André Fouassier sublimates with a demanding work of the soils and the vines. The total area is 25 hectares.
