Charles Poitevin is pastry chef. He was formed by Yves Thuriès (MOF) and Pierre Hermé before opening his shop in Buzançais. He makes delicious chocolates, including the Roseau de Brenne (Pralian fork), small ovens, sumptuous pieces and refined cakes. It offers several specialties such as the Buzancéen (meringue almond and chocolate foam), the Tropical (coconut nut, exotic foam and pineapple dice) or Balanant (macaron with almonds and Pralé light cream), both gluten-free. The staff were very helpful and helpful. There is also tea. An address that seduced Futé.
