LA VALDÔTAINE

La Valdôtaine is a mountain distillery opened in 1947 that also produces many other delicacies! The eau-de-vie is rigorously steam-distilled in small copper stills according to the region's ancient tradition. On-site tastings must be booked in advance, so that you can choose from the finest bottles! The small boutique also sells wines from the valley. A great place to pack a few wonderful Valle d'Aosta products, for yourself or as a gift!
