LOCANDA DELLE MINIERE

La Locanda (also B&B) is located in the typical village of Ollomont, 4 km from Valpelline. The walls have a long history: built in the ^17th century, they were used as a stable, took in miners during the two world wars, and today welcome gourmets. The managers are committed to protecting biodiversity, and offer a varied, high-quality cuisine. The dishes respect the traditions of Piedmont, Liguria, Trentino and Valle d'Aosta to convey all the flavors of the region: a unique culinary experience.
