AGLAE is the acronym of Association Gay and Lesbian Expertise. The purpose of a-member institution is to bring together natural and legal persons who are interested in goods and services related to the way of life of gays and lesbians, to promote gay culture (arts, leisure, nightlife, relations with others). The association also puts in place preventive measures and it is, finally, organising the Geometric March of Nice, the Pink Parade.

The Cannes Rainbow Charter promotes tolerance, openness and mutual enrichment of the tourist environment for gay and lesbian clients. The Tourism Office of the City of Cannes and the establishments signatories to this Charter wish to reaffirm their commitment to the fundamental rights of persons and the principle of non-discrimination, specifically affirming their refusal to discriminate against LGBT people. Each of the co-signatories honours a Gay friendly, respectful and understanding attitude far from any communautariste spirit. 21 hotels, 5 restaurants, 6 private beaches, 6 discotheques and 9 shops have signed this charter, terms and members are detailed on the website. A rainbow pass (free) is to be downloaded on the website. It allows access to gifts and discounts in partner institutions.

The CRIPS Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur comprises all the actors in the fight against AIDS, associations, institutions and agencies, as well as the competent personalities of the 6 departments in the region. Since 1993, the CRIPS has put in place preventive measures especially aimed at young people by organising posters and slogans.
