Expénature is the region's most comprehensive leisure facility! In the heart of an exceptional natural site, classified Natura 2000, at the foot of the rock, relax on the waters of the Argens in canoes and kayaks or on paddles. You will discover little-known, preserved and peaceful sites, far from the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera, even if one of the 2 routes will lead you to the Mediterranean. You can also discover the trails of the Maures and Esterel forests on foot or on mountain bikes and e-bikes, play mini-golf on a tree-lined course. Activities are organized throughout the season.

The Avignon canoe kayak club has been paddling on the Rhône for over 40 years. Their base is located on the Ile de la Barthelasse, the activity is practiced all year round on the banks of Avignon and the surrounding rivers. It only takes a few sessions to feel at ease and to experience some sensations. It is a friendly club which organizes outings for its members. The staff are very competent and will listen to you. Sure that after your first outing you will want to join! A change of scenery is guaranteed, a breath of fresh air.

Located on the Plage de la Pointe Rouge, 123 Kayak lets you discover the beauties of the Mediterranean Sea by kayak or paddle. With a wide range of offers (hourly or daily passes) and attractive sliding-scale prices, you won't hesitate for a second. The treasures of Marseille's coastline will hold no secrets for you: The Calanques National Park in the direction of Sormiou, or a trip along the Corniche with the possibility of being accompanied by a State-certified instructor for an introductory session in canoeing.

This activity of full nature in sea kayaking, accessible to everyone (from 7 years old), combines sport, nature, escape and discovery and allows to appreciate the riches of the Var coast otherwise, with a graduated guide. At Bandol, the departure of escorted outings takes place at the Capelin Beach.

Frédérique and her team would like to take you off the beaten track and share with you their passion for nature sports in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, by offering you exceptional sea kayaking trips (during the day, at sunset and on full moon evenings), paddling (individual and giant) with or without supervision (initiation, hiking or yoga paddling), Polynesian pirogue, mountain biking (muscular or electric), hiking in the heart of the Maures forest or along the coastline

A swimsuit, a tee-shirt, a cap, sneakers and you are equipped to discover the charm of Correns and its surroundings. In an alcove of greenery you will go down the Argens river, during the 7 kilometers which separate Vallon-Sourn from Correns, with a lock to pass, some mini-slips, a slalom between the trees. You will bathe in pools of wild nature, you will sunbathe in the wells of light, finally you will discover the fauna and the flora so particular of the first organic village of France. The duration of the descent is about 2h30.

Tree climbing, paintball, speed cross, etc.: the activities in this adventure park are quite diversified. Nine courses in the trees, playful and amusing for children, sporting for the older ones, are dedicated to tree climbing as well as more than 125 workshops and games, with complete equipment provided. A nocturnal acro-branch is organized every Tuesday and Thursday in July and August. A relaxation area with a refreshment bar, under a shaded terrace, is at your disposal.

This nautical base was recently developed and fitted out on the initiative of the municipality. In the heart of a preserved, wild and windy region, discover the pleasure of sailing on the fresh and pure water of the magnificent lake of Sainte-Croix du Verdon. At the Cadeno Plage, you will be able to practice in complete freedom many water activities: canoe, kayak, pedal boat and standup paddle! On the spot you will also find a car park and a snack bar.

Supervised by a team of state-qualified professionals, "Kayak Cassis" invites you to discover the creeks of the region through half-day to full-day canoeing trips, in places often inaccessible by other means. Raids" on 2 days are also proposed.

An original approach by César Magault, a state-certified sports educator, to help you discover the fauna and flora as you descend the Durance. He accompanies each group for an adventure along the water, another way of discovering the landscape and villages crossed, the fauna and flora. You will embark in canoes for 2 or 3 people. Kayaks are available for more experienced people. 2 courses, 8 km between Lauris and Cadenet for which it takes about 1h15 of navigation and 18 km from Lauris to Puy-Ste-Réparade for 3 hours of navigation.

The SPCOC, canyoning school known for having trained champions, offers kayak rentals on the water. The proposed course is a relatively easy one, which allows you to do the trip in complete autonomy. The equipment is provided, helmet and vest included. The proposed kayaks are open and have a self-bailing system. The meeting point can be at the canoe-kayak base, or upstream of the river depending on the water level.
