Swim. Calanque ideal for swimming and crumbling with the torpedo ilot.
Hike. On foot, from Luminy, have a minimum of 1 hour walk, through a gazebo named the Orient Tower. In summer, this is the only possible access to this calanque because the road is closed. Count 1.30 a. m. between the Calanques of Morgiou and Sugiton, passing through Morgiou Pass. Also have 1.30 hours to reach the Calanque of the Glass Eye, passing through a magnificent gazebo to enjoy the view at 500 meters above sea level. By continuing the path, you can kiss the view on the torpedo island and the Grande Candelle which is 465 meters tall.
Climbing. The Sugiton Needle has many climbing routes for experienced amateurs of this sport.
Kayak and Paddle. A great classic kayak and paddle ride is to walk from Sormiou Calanque to Sugiton, passing through Morgiou. Possible location from both points and guided guided walk.
