Our favorite. Le Deli' is the perfect place to take a break before climbing the Botanical Gardens. Tucked away in a tree-lined alleyway, this salad bar - as it calls itself - offers hot and cold drinks, a glass of wine or a mug of beer, all sheltered from the sun. For gourmets, salads, pizzas, cheese and charcuterie platters, sandwiches, breakfast, desserts and regional specialties such as pissaladière or pan bagnat. The oils and vinegars used are available for retail sale. The welcome is charming and the prices very reasonable.

Halfway between the Palais Longchamp and the Réformés, a new bar has been opened to liven up the pleasant boulevard Longchamp. A beautiful, wide terrace for a new establishment opened by a young team eager to offer a place where having a drink rhymes with conviviality between friends and tasting aperitif platters on the go. It's a great concept and a real hit with a young clientele who have become fans of the restaurant's excellent cocktails. At lunchtime, we serve a burrata, a sandwich of the day and a few simple suggestions on the slate. A friendly, smiling welcome, a fine wine list and live music at weekends.

Mathias and Clémentine offer you a unique address in Forcalquier, which is different from the rest of the town! A unique place to party, to dance, with a consistent musical program. La Boca also offers themed evenings on Fridays and groups in summer. Totally unique in the region and unheard of in France, the famous living room from the American series The Simpsons has been recreated. There's a great atmosphere at the bar, with sports broadcasts and a fine selection of tapas in the evening. You won't soon be able to do without it.

Arthur and Charlotte want to share their love of the South: they recently opened a beautiful bistro next to the Cours Mirabeau, with a welcoming and generous bar featuring the colors of Provence. Nathalie and Florence are the ambassadors of Catalan cuisine in Aix-en-Provence. These twin sisters, one from Paris, the other from her lawyer's practice, have created this convivial place that is both a tapas bar and a showcase for decorative objects. Originally from Collioure, they brought back the famous anchovies that you can enjoy with pan con tomate, grilled piquillos marinated in olive oil, calamari, Iberian cheeses and hams, and tortillas.
