Fiji Sports Day: Rugby is the main sport in Fiji but other sports are also highlighted during this day.

National Sports Day has been celebrated in Fiji in June since 2014. Depending on the year, this day is either a holiday or not. The purpose is to promote sports in everyday life and also to recognize the work of Fijian professional athletes. On the program of this day, there are many events turned to sport. Rugby, having a very strong importance in Fiji, will obviously be put forward with many matches that you can attend. But there will also be soccer matches, cricket and water sports.
