The craft brewery was born in 2021, thanks to Josimar Pérez who, after a 5-year preparation to train and acquire the necessary equipment, realized his dream of creating an authentic beer, using local water and working with uyunenses artisans. The recipes feature ingredients such as quinoa, herbs and fruits from the region, resulting in unique flavors. They embody the essence of the land of Uyuni.

This winery produces the "1750" wines, made from different grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Merlot and Tannat for the red wines, Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc, Pedro Giménez and Chardonnay for the white wines. This is an opportunity to taste the fruit of these vineyards perched at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Guided tours of the estate with tasting of 2 types of wine are organized every day.
