Perte de bagage non assumé

Jacotrans n’assume la perte d’un et d’un modique dédommagement de 100€
Pourtant votre bagage est soit disant assurer
Avec des réponses ironiques du service client
Il y a beaucoup d’autres sociétés disponibles directement dans les logements à des prix nettement inférieurs.

So Jacotrans are great if nothing goes wrong. However I’ve just sent my bag to an Albergue that turns out is closed. The guy who at Jacotrans didn’t inform me it was closed when I booked in for that day (they ask for daily communication vs just letting the hotel communicate because of covid). Instead of dropping my bad to the hotel opposite that was open they took my bag 20k to the next stop and then didn’t tell me!!! When I asked them to bring my bag and my insulin back they basically just told me to deal with it. They are cowboys with a very simple job that shouldn’t ever go wrong but when it does they fail. Use the postal service instead. So much safer if you value your things.
