Since 1996, Tierra Santa has been exploring another culinary region of the world: the Middle East, which is quite original in Puerto Rico. Vegetarians will enjoy yellow lentil soup, divine hummus and tasty grilled eggplant; carnivores will not miss the kebabs. The management has not been satisfied with just offering oriental dishes.
