Parisa is not easy to find, as it does not have a terrace on the street. However, it is one of the best restaurants in Waqif and its universe is dreamlike. A corridor shining with a thousand glass crystals leads to a vast room of the Thousand and One Nights just as sparkling. It serves a wonderful Persian cuisine. Even the waiters are Iranian and explain to you the bouquets of ingredients used. The lamb marinated with saffron, onion and pepper is breathtaking, as is the beef with walnuts and pomegranate syrup. An inveterate haven for shisha smokers, the Tajine is a Moroccan restaurant open night and day for night owls and mornings who come to chat around the tables. The interior is of no real interest, but the terrace outside is the first dressing room of the lively street show. The plate is good and copious, the tagine with lamb and delicious plums. Very busy but efficient and friendly service, in French very often!

The open mezzanine, terrace with a scenic view of The Pearl, private rooms and elegant decor are perfect for lunch or dinner. We love its creative sushi, yakitoris and sumibi aburiyakis, and the Kyoto binchotan charcoal grilling technique. We enjoy signature dishes such as crispy asparagus, yellowtail carpaccio, Kobe wagyu beef Chateaubriand, tuna and salmon tartars.
