The Monitoring Centre against Corruption and Economic Malpractice (Olucome), established in 2002, is very much on the cutting edge of sensitive political issues, particularly those relating to corruption, to life and to general taxation. Its president, Gabriel Rufyiri, is one of the most active members of civil society today. The site is updated on a regular basis.
