FÊTE DE LA JEUNESSE

On the occasion of Youth Day, February 11 is a public holiday. This celebration marks the importance and rights of young people in Cameroon. Throughout the country, cultural activities are organized in schools, high schools and university campuses. The watchword is often the discovery of new talent, and dancers, actors and musicians are called upon to perform. Folklore exhibitions and sporting and cultural competitions are also organized for the occasion.
