The Groupe de Particuliers à Particuliers was founded in 1975 by Catherine Neressis and Patrick Joly. Today, it represents the first French real estate press group. Its purpose is to provide individuals with a set of publications and services to complete any real estate transaction without intermediaries. The group has 270 professionals spread over 12 sites, about 7,507,693 visits and about 80,000,000 pages viewed per month (Source: source, January 2011) on all Internet sites. Weekly, in a few figures, a national distribution of nearly 100,000 copies, between 30,000 and 50,000 ads distributed by number and 885,000 readers per week.
