Since 1980, the National Association of Co-owners and Co-Owners has been an association of responsible co-owners. In other words, they engage in the management of their co-ownership, as trade union councillors, non-professional trustees (volunteers and co-operatives) but still chairpersons. Condominium unions and owners'associations represent 96% of the membership in the B.C.C.C. They are 1 750 and correspond to almost 65 000 units divided between the province and the Paris region. Over 80% of them are managed by non-professional trustees. The A.N.C.C. is an association of 1901. She is represented at the Conseil Supérieur de la Coopération, is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Co-operation, a member of COREGE, a management agency for the National Collective Collective Convention for Staff guards and employees of buildings and participates in the commission on co-ownership as a consultant member. Each quarter, she sends a periodical of "condominium" information to her members, produced and edited by professionals of the association.
