Nous avons reçu nos documents de voyage quelques jours avant le départ, dans un délai raisonnable. Un taxi nous attendait à l'aéroport pour le transfert que nous avions acheté. Le chauffeur nous a indiqué qu'il reviendrait nous chercher le jour du départ à 15 heures. Sauf que, la compagnie Air France, en raison du contexte perturbé, nous convoquait 3h30 avant le départ. Nous avons cependant vite compris que l'horaire de 15 heures n'était pas négociable et espérions pouvoir en discuter avec notre représentant local Jet Tours. Mais pendant 10 jours personne ne nous a contacté, pas de renseignements, pas de réunion d'informations ! Le jour du départ, nous avons déposé le voucher de transfert de retour à la réception de l'hôtel et nous nous sommes re-payés un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport. Par ailleurs, victimes d'une agression avec vol du téléphone portable, il a fallu compter sur les bons conseils de l'hôtel Canella Beach. Même si cette douloureuse circonstance n'impliquait pas Jet Tours, nous aurions apprécié par exemple que notre correspondant nous indique à quel commissariat nous devions nous adresser !
