Scam. No Car. No Refund.

I paid £752 on 2 August 2023, to pick up a rental car at Montego Bay airport (Jamaica). NO car was there for us. We had to hire one from some guy standing in the car park - with two tired kids in the middle of the night - so we missed the first night of our hotel stay. NO REFUND. I have spent 5 months asking for my money to be returned and have sent Bank Statement showing the transfer. they say they never received the money!!! Do not use this company.

Très bon site de location de voiture

Je suis passé par BSP auto pour louer notre voiture cet été en Espagne et nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème au contraire nous avons même eu la chance d'être surclassé. La prestation était donc conforme à notre achat et le prix était à la base ultra compétitif. Je repasserai par eux la prochaine fois.

Avons loué un véhicule qui devait être mis à notre disposition au port de Gustavia (St Barth.) par Hertz adresse précisée sur contrat, or, il n'y a pas d'agence Hertz au port de Gustavia, celle-ci se trouve à l'aéroport, après 1h de marche pour trouver cette fichue agence et l'aide de personnes de St Barth, téléphonant pour notre compte chez hertz dont nous n'avions pas le numéro sur le contrat, une personne est venue nous chercher au port pour prendre possession du véhicule à l'aéroport. Il est vivement conseillé d'informer les utilisateurs que les véhicules ne sont pas disponibles au port sauf à ce que Hertz soit averti et qu'une personne vienne vous récupérer, et surtout ne pas mentionner d'adresse Hertz au port qui n'existe pas.
