I spent 12full hours attempting to place an online order. They took my money and refuse to confirm order despite a PayPal receipt for same.
Repeated efforts to contact them met with gaslighting
This was the worst online shopping experience of my life.
First they promise free shipping for purchases exceeding 60e
This changes to expensive shipping at checkout.
Company took 2 PayPal payments but refused to confirm order which is still showing as unpaid on website.
I had to ask Paypal to cancel the duplicate because the company would not respond
They are still refusing to confirm my order though they have processed my payment which appears to be all they do with any degree of efficiency.
