Detail of the stay : 8 jours Masai Mara-L Nakuru-Amboseli-Amboseli-Saltlick-Tsavo East - 8 days

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You'll be picked up at the airport by your driver/guide and enjoy the drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, with a stopover at the Rift Valley Viewpoint. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy views of the Rift Valley, which stretches from Lebanon in the Middle East to Mozambique in South-East Africa, a total distance of around 7,000 kilometers. You'll arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, you'll enjoy a late afternoon safari in the vast reserve in search of wildlife while discovering and experiencing the magic of the 7th wonder of the world. A spectacular display of the Big Five awaits you. You'll see lions, rhinos, buffalo, leopards, elephants and the wildebeest migration from Tanzania's Serengeti National Park to Kenya's Masai Mara.

Day 2: Explore the Masai Mara National Reserve

You should take full advantage of all that Mara has to offer with a full day to explore. The expertise and experience of your driver-guide will maximize your chances of seeing all the splendors of the Masai Mara and beyond. A family of cheetahs sunbathing asleep on a rock, the drama of a lion killing just 15 to 20 feet from you, or the thrill of an elephant charge. The trees in the distance turn out to be the giraffe family. The clump of bushes is a pride of lions. The rock that moves may be a rhinoceros moving heavily out of your way. You'll head for the Mara River, where you'll enjoy a sumptuous riverside picnic. Whatever the case, the sheer mass and spectacle of the animals around you will provide endless opportunities to fill many albums with precious memories.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park

You'll leave the Masai Mara after breakfast and drive through Kenya's "breadbasket", where acres of wheat and barley litter the landscape, as you head north to Narok, the district headquarters for this part of Maasai territory. You'll cross the vast plains at the bottom of the Rift Valley, watching for herds of giraffe and gazelle as you make your way up the Mau escarpment, before arriving at Lake Nakuru. The waters here were often colored a shimmering flamingo pink, due to the thousands of magnificent birds that line its shores. After lunch at Ziwa Bush Lodge, you'll head off on an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park - Amboseli National Park

You'll enjoy an early breakfast before setting off by road to Amboseli National Park, famous for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
