Stay : 7-day helicopter tour of Everest Base Camp with trekking and sightseeing from Kathmandu

Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to hotel.

Listen to an evening orientation session, then enjoy a welcome dinner.

Participate in the orientation program.

Take an early morning flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Khumbu region, and start hiking. The hike continues uphill to Phakding and takes 3 or 4 hours at 2600 meters altitude.

Stop off in Phakding and stay at the Sherpa Shnagrila Resort

Have breakfast and start the journey through a pine forest and walk along the Dudh Koshi river.

Climb a steep path and reach Namche Bazaar (5-6 hours), probably the largest town in the Everest region.

Stay at the Hotel Sherpaland.

Acclimatize in Namche Bazaar to avoid altitude sickness. Namche Bazaar is the most beautiful town in the Everest region. It is home to a colorful market with ATMs, government offices, stores and restaurants.

Stay at the Sherpaland Hotel.

Start the day early to fully appreciate the magnificence of Mount Everest. Fly from Namche Bazaar over Everest Base Camp, Khumbu Glacier and Kalapatthar with a helicopter, then return to Lukla.

Stay at the Hotel Mera.

Return to Kathmandu and sightseeing in Kathmandu

After breakfast, take the early morning flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. Take a sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu valley and visit various sites.

Stay at the Aloft/Gokarna Forest Resort or a similar hotel.

Departure from Kathmandu

have breakfast in the morning before the airport representative takes you back to Kathmandu International Airport.
