Stay : Cho La Pass Trek - 19 days
The Cho La Pass trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal. Many hikers are attracted to this trek because of its adventurous nature and spectacular alpine views. Cho La is a summit pass located at an altitude of 5,420 m, in the Everest region, in the Solukhumbu district.
The pass is one of the most difficult treks. This trek takes us through the Everest Base Camp trail, Kalapathhar Lakes, Gorakshep and Gokyo via Cho La Pass. It's a beautiful and adventurous journey.
This pass essentially connects the main Everest base camp with the Gokyo region. The glacial part of this trek makes the Cho La pass very difficult. It requires basic mountaineering skills and the use of crampons.
The trail passes through Sagarmatha National Park. The park is home to many rare species of flora and fauna.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
you arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
Day 2: Guided tour of Kathmandu
Spend the day exploring Kathmandu's historical and cultural sites with a guide.
Day 3: Flight to Lukla and hike to Phakding (2652m/8699ft), 3 hours
You fly to Lukla, then begin your trek to Phakding, situated at an altitude of 2652 meters, which takes around 3 hours.
Day 4: Trek to Namche (3440m/11283Ft), 6 hours
you continue your trek to Namche Bazar, situated at an altitude of 3440 meters, which takes around 6 hours.
Day 5: hike to Everest View Hotel (3,865 m/12,670 ft), 3 hours
You climb up to the Everest View Hotel for a spectacular view of Everest, which takes about 3 hours.
Day 6: Trek à Tengboche (3860m/12680ft), 5 heures
You continue your trek to Tengboche, at an altitude of 3860 meters, which takes around 5 hours.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4410m/14464ft), 5 hours
You continue your trek to Dingboche, 4410 meters above sea level, which takes around 5 hours.
Day 8: Hike to Nagerjun (5,100 m/16,728 ft), 5 hours
You climb up to Nagerjun at an altitude of 5100 meters, which takes about 5 hours.
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m / 16,728 ft), 5 hours
You continue your trek to Lobuche, 4910 meters above sea level, which takes around 5 hours.
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/17,594 ft) - return to Gorakshep (5,181 m/16,994 ft), 8 hours
You hike to Everest Base Camp, at 5364 meters above sea level, and then back to Gorakshep, at 5181 meters above sea level, which takes around 8 hours.
Day 11: Hike to Kalapattar (5,550 m / 18,190 ft) and hike to Dzongla (4,830 m / 15,840 ft), 6-7 hours
You climb to Kalapattar at an altitude of 5550 meters, then descend to Dzongla at 4830 meters, which takes around 6-7 hours.
Day 12: Trek to Dragnak (4,700 m/15,415 ft) via Col Chola (5,420 m/17,782 ft), 7 hours
you cross the Chola pass at an altitude of 5420 meters, then descend to Dragnak at 4700 meters, which takes around 7 hours.
Day 13: Trek to Gokyo Lakes (4,790 m/15,710 ft), 2-3 hours
