Breakfast is usually served between 7am and 10am, lunch from 12pm to around 2pm and dinner earlier than in France, from 6:30pm.

Cafés open early so you can enjoy a good ristretto as soon as you wake up! You can also stay in the café for a while to work, read, knit... !

Shopping hours are generally the same as in France. On the Italian side, small stores often close between 12pm and 3:30pm.

As in France, most shows and concerts start between 6pm and 9pm. Nightclubs and clubs generally close around 3am. Happy hours often start as early as 5 p.m., especially in the resorts.
