Inaugurated in early 2021, this superb residence has everything it takes to appeal to well-to-do senior citizens! This beautiful development by HomniCity welcomes residents aged 62 to 90 in a modern, bright and very quiet setting, with 90 apartments (T1 to T3). It features a convivial space with Fab'Lab (a workshop for small repairs) and Live Cube (a lounge-library), where residents can enjoy a book or a chat. There's also a restaurant (meals can be delivered to the apartment) open from breakfast.
