Welcome to a land of gourmet delights, festivities and conviviality, as well as sporting activities, where you can indulge in outdoor pursuits on land, water and air. Canoeing, paddle-boarding, sailing, windsurfing... you'll find it all here. Among other gems, there's the wonderful and unusual restaurant-library, La Bibilotéca (Saint-Pierre-de-Trivisy), and the fabulous Jardins des Martels (Giroussens), not to be missed. The local heritage also includes ancient factories that preserve the memory of leather-working and woven fabrics.
