Domaine de Hustet is a 100% organic family farm. Thanks to its vending machine open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, the estate offers you the possibility of picking up eggs, seasonal fruit, sunflower oil, wheat flour, fruit juices, jams, 100% organic squash from its production as well as a selection of honeys at any time. The estate also sells honey from beekeepers and home-made grape juice. At the end of spring, fruits from the estate's orchards are offered and in autumn, jams, syrups and juices.

Francis and Marie Gamot, producers of white garlic from Lomagne, have transformed an old farm storehouse into a museum-boutique. This museum allows visitors to discover the specificities of this garlic, which has a PGI label, and its benefits. A video room shows the complete cycle of its cultivation, from sowing to marketing. In the large room, braids, as well as local recipes, preserves and even garlic skin sculptures await you. The escapade is all the more pleasant as the Maison de l'Ail is located in the heart of the Lomagnole countryside.

In this early produce store, the fruit and vegetables on the shelves come mainly from local producers. As the seasons go by, you'll find green asparagus, melon from Lectoure, garlic from Saint-Clar, kiwis from the Adour... Many restaurants and local authorities buy their produce here. A delicatessen completes the range, as does a cheese counter. Castelfruits puts together colorful, generously-stocked baskets that can be delivered free of charge to the Gers capital. Another shop is located in Pavie.

Fabien Candelon and Nicolas Rico, two childhood friends, set up their organic black garlic factory in 2019. And since then, their small business does not know the crisis. It is 6 tons of garlic heads that come out of the oven each year. They supply themselves exclusively with organic garlic from producers in Lomagne. They have developed a range of products, from whole heads to peeled cloves, including black garlic paste, a mustard and a flavored honey, and even an organic beer made by Jean Brasse. These products are available directly from the lab at the farm.

It is in the heart of the gentle countryside of the Gers that the Vergers de Tailhac cultivate walnuts. The company offers walnuts in shell, kernels and oils (walnut oil, linseed oil, etc.). It is possible to come to the farm by calling in advance, and the online shop allows for delivery anywhere in France. Several products from neighbouring producers are also available: foie gras, saffron, Astarac red corn... Do not hesitate to consult the recipes on the site, you will see that the walnut sublimates many dishes.
