Nicolas, Yann and Sébastien discovered beer during their student years in Amiens and Lille. They loved it so much that they decided to become brewers. They set up in Miradoux in 2012 and equipped themselves with a 100-liter brewery. Neither too big to continue brewing by hand, nor too small to satisfy enthusiasts. The three companions perpetuate a tradition of good organic beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.

This brewery, whose premises are located in Gimont, is in the hands of two professionals. Alexis has always been a brewer; Charlotte has mainly evolved in the world of organic and sustainable development. These two have naturally combined their passions and convictions to start producing "eco-artisan" beers, as they like to say.
