They set up in Miradoux in 2012 and equipped themselves with a 100-liter brewery. Neither too big to continue brewing by hand, nor too small to satisfy enthusiasts. The three companions perpetuate a tradition of good organic beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
