He takes great care to select preservative-free beans, grown with respect for the environment and paid a fair price to the producer. To accompany these exceptional beverages, the boutique sells handmade chocolates and sweets. The small tea room allows you to taste the beverages on the spot, before indulging in a mocha from Ethiopia or an Arabica from Costa Rica.

More than a thousand hotel and restaurant professionals put their trust in Di-Costanzo coffee. Émilie and Étienne are not just roasters, but true aesthetes. In the boutique next to the burnery, you'll find coffee beans and freshly-ground coffees, as well as compostable capsules, coffee machines, brand-name teas and other treats. In partnership with the tourist office, these enthusiasts also welcome groups for tastings and guided tours of the roasting process.
