Nestled in the Graslin district in the heart of Nantes, the Musée Dobrée is about to reopen its doors to the public. Centered around three buildings - a neo-medieval palace, a 15th-century manor house, and two 20th- and 21st-century extensions - the venue houses over 2,400 collection pieces tracing 500,000 years of history, from prehistory to the XXᵉ century. As well as discovering a completely renovated building, visitors will have the pleasure of seeing many of the works professionally restored, such as the polychrome wooden religious statue "Sainte-Anne, la vierge et l'enfant". The Musée de Nantes will reopen on European Museum Night. For further information, click here.
