The White Gold Rush: discovering Jura salt!

La Grande Saline offers a workshop tour for children aged 6 to 12 to learn more about salt from Salins-les-Bains. Workshops take place every Wednesday during school vacations: April 10 at 10:15 and 15:45, April 17 and 24 at 15:45 and May 1 at 10:15 and 15:45.

Join a guide from the Saline to discover the secrets of making white gold: explore the old salt production areas, including the underground gallery, before continuing with a salt water evaporation and salt pulling workshop to reproduce the skills of the old salt workers!
