The best restaurants Silves

Created by Rui 34 years ago, the Marisqueira is very well known in Silves. You don't need to be a lusophone to quickly understand, you come here mainly to eat seafood: large prawns, crabs, lobsters and other fish share the aquarium. The essential element for the home: never leave an empty glass! It's very important for the bosses... It is the kind of restaurant where you can come several times in the same week without getting bored, as the menu is so complete. A must for eating seafood platters off the coast.

With your eyes fixed on the castle of Silves, you will taste here an excellent regional cuisine. On the map, you will find the specialities of the Algarve: arroz de tamboril (anglerfish), peixe cozido, cataplana, feijoada de buzinas.
