Today, Thomas Emery produces red wines composed of 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 5% Manosquin, fresh rosé wines harvested at night, as well as white wines, made from Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier grapes, remarkable for their citrus notes. The entire vineyard is certified organic. The oil of Château Rousset is particularly fruity and green.
