Sébastien Juanicotena combines competence, expertise and enthusiasm. On a mountainside, the winegrowers of La Cave d'Irouléguy hand-pick their grapes from nearly 145 hectares. Here, Irouléguy wine, a true signature of the Basque country, has acquired its letters of nobility over the years. Since 1923, the company has established itself as one of France's finest wine cellars, with over 1,200 references in wines, champagnes, spirits and beers. First and foremost, it advises and distributes to individuals and professionals. It's also a wine bar, with tastings accompanied by plates prepared on the premises from delicatessen products. Corinne will propose you to discover and taste the AOP Tursan, IGP Chalosse and IGP Landes wines. She will be able to explain to you that the grapes are harvested at maturity, picked and worked by a technical team, responsible for the quality of the wines you will find for sale. The operation is that of a large estate. The wines are bottled at the property in Geaune, where the visits are organised. The wines of Tursan accompany the farandole of dishes from the South-West.

For eight generations, Château Laballe has been run by the same family. In 2007, Cyril took over the estate with his wife Julie. Since 2011, the Annex of Laballe, located in Capbreton, is a relay between the castle of Parlebosq and the customers. While keeping the "house" spirit, the couple manages to give a new impetus by working on the labeling and bottling. The armagnac is now more initiatory, with small sizes packaged in gift boxes and associated with other flavors in cocktails.

The Basque Country is famous for Kupela (barrel in Basque), one of the region's leading names in artisanal ciders and apple juice. Its cider is produced in Astigarraga at the Etxeberria artisanal cider mill. Made from apples grown in the Basque country, it is less acidic than some Basque ciders. Slightly effervescent and fruity, it retains a certain bitterness reminiscent of Breton cider. With its pronounced aromas of fresh apples, Sagardoa Kupela pays tribute to Basque gastronomy.
