High school consists of three training poles: economic (secretariat, accounting, sales action), hotels (kitchen, restaurant) and food (pastry). Many of the professionals who will welcome you in the referenced institutions are from these initial trainings. You will meet, also, according to the season, young trainees. These periods in business, thanks to the advice and attention of professionals, are an integral part of training.

The Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Gers is managed by craftsmen elected for a 5-year term. Serving craftsmen, apprentices and local authorities, the CMA of the Gers accompanies, defends and promotes the activity of craft businesses on a daily basis. While assisting project leaders, entrepreneurs and craftsmen, it also trains apprentices through the Gers Trade School, which offers training courses ranging from CAP to BTS. The CMA also helps businesses in their digital and ecological transitions.
