You can rent a canoe for a trip on the Saint-Antonin lake... or choose, on the contrary, to make a two or three days trip! An activity that combines adventure and nature!

The Ariège is rich in more than 500 km of watercourses including 400 km practicable and accessible to white water sports. The rivers are classified from 1 to 6 according to the difficulty of the course. From private individuals to organised groups, you will find in Foix all the formulas and activités : rental, accompanied descent, initiation, improvement, training courses. In addition, the Rebech white water stadium offers activities encadrées : canoeing, kayaking, rafting, inflatable kayaking and white water swimming.

On the beach of Saint-Antonin, climb on a canoe to enjoy the river and its coolness. It meanders and curves through the greenery of a wild environment. In harmony with nature, the Vartiation Sport Nature base organizes half-day or full-day canoeing and kayaking trips. For adventure lovers, many outdoor activities are offered, on the trails (hiking, mountain biking), on the slopes (climbing, via ferrata), or even under our feet (speleology), or in the open field (archery).

Discovering the Aveyron by water offers new views on the nature and the surrounding villages. On board a canoe or a paddle, there are different circuits from Saint-Antonin to Cazals, from Saint-Antonin to Penne, from Lexos to Penne, or a one-hour discovery on the spot. The descent of the Aveyron is accessible to all from 5 years old. As the possibility of the boat tipping over cannot be totally excluded, it is recommended to know how to swim and to be in good physical condition. At the end of the trip, a shuttle bus will take you back to Saint-Antonin.

If you are looking for adventure and three-dimensional nature, don't hesitate to come to Nature Escapade. You will be able to plan and book many outdoor activities for you, your family, friends and colleagues! Nature Escapade's first speciality is the rental of canoes and kayaks, from one to three seats, offering you routes on the Tarn, from seven to seventeen km depending on your wishes and your motivation. But you can also discover other activities, from via ferrata to mountain biking, via stand up paddle!

Go along the water in a single or two-seater canoe, to discover a preserved nature. At the gates of Toulouse, three routes ranging from 5 to 15 km will be proposed to you. In autonomy, the boats are "sit on top", stable and perfect for family outings. In supervised descent, this activity is also adapted to people with reduced mobility (knowing how to swim). You will cross the Confluence Garonne Ariège Nature Reserve. Be sure to respect certain rules such as wearing a life jacket, or not landing on the islets.

A specialist in canoe kayaking, Les Feet in the Water invites you to discover Aveyron in all its seams. Several hikes are offered on the map, from 10, to days, to be booked in advance. These excursions will allow you to discover the medieval villages of the region, including Bruniquel and Penne. Beginners will be able to begin by renting a boat at the half hour or an hour to get on the water base of the water base before starting on the river.
