Road safety Midi-Toulousain

Created at Groupama's initiative, the Association of French Companies of Motorways and the Caisse des Dépôts, the Centaur Centres, present throughout French territory, organize a range of internships for businesses, communities and individuals to raise awareness of the risks of driving and to prevent them. For a couple of days, you will be able to follow training courses dedicated to driving behavior behaviours by recognizing your drivers'habits, developing knowledge of your vehicle, addressing the complexity of the road environment. The trainings take place in the room and on trails specially designed to make you live at risk. The aim is to change your behaviour with a better knowledge of oneself, others and the risks of road. So, because there are still 5000 traffic accidents per day, 288 injured and 14 killed, 90% of accidents are due to human error, 60% of the killed are not responsible, security is everyone's business!

As the Association for the Prevention of the Risks of the road since 1949, Road Prevention has been the first State-mandated agency for the organisation of points recovery courses, when the permit for so-called points was established. Depending on the type of offences committed in the course of the internship, they are different for each of the two consecutive days and, above all, allow you to recover only 4 points per internship, one course every two years, not being allowed to you; because the path to wisdom is both long and strewn with pitfalls!
