Between Montauban and Albias, Laurence and Hervé propose to transport us to a small corner of the North in the Tarn-et-Garonne. Their fries are made as in the past, they are available in cones at will. The potatoes come every week from the northern crop fields and are washed, peeled, pre-cooked and cooked in front of you. In the evening, an à la carte snack with specialities: based on maroilles (burger, chicken, or sautéed pork), Flemish carbonade, waterzoi, pot'je vleesch with three jelly meats. The beers are also Ch'ti. The Galibot menu is very popular with children, especially since a surprise awaits them!
