LE PARPAING
Read moreSpearheaded by Roubaix-based architects Zerm, Parpaing is an experimental project centered on the notion of simply and directly reusing materials from demolition sites, without going through the recycling process. The idea? To create a sort of second-hand/thrift store, but for materials! After testing the idea at Ateliers Jouret, the collective launched an online store, enabling everyone to stock up on materials. The site is very easy to use: you make your choice by material (metal, wood, composite...) or origin (industry, office, housing) and find the items you want. In this way, you give these materials a second life and create a unique frame.
