The Festival itinérant des arts du conte et du récit has been an eagerly-awaited event for over 20 years. For 7 weeks in autumn, professional storytellers criss-cross the region, meeting audiences in village halls, media libraries, schools and even in the great outdoors. It's a festival rich in emotions and discoveries that will delight young and old alike, with shows suitable for all ages. A great opportunity to discover the art of storytelling in all its forms.

During this harvest period of the autumn truffles, mushrooms and fruit, this event will celebrate the land in a moment of celebration and culture. The public will watch the demonstrations of truffle dogs before they go to the nursery nursery of truffle plants and exhibitors around local products. Its programming for young people and all audiences is irresistible and off the beaten track! The excellent actors, but also the sets open the door to a whole world of dreams. We take as much pleasure in going through the scenes as in observing the sparkling eyes of the children, huddled together.

Every summer, the remains of the Cassine castle come back to life to become the scene of a sound and light show with pyrotechnic effects, unique in its kind in Europe. The spectators embark on a mobile stand that moves over 300 m to discover the largest stage in the Grand Est. Splendid decorations, grandiose staging, all the ingredients are gathered to spend a memorable evening. Robin Hood will have charmed the spectators during the summer of 2022!

Do not hesitate and discover Nordic walking! So you can now make a cross in your calendar for this appointment every last Saturday of the month. The city of Saint-Dizier organises two controlled sports hours free of charge. The first hour is devoted to Nordic walking and the second to aquatic activities. The rally takes place at the nautical centre at 9 pm for registration. And if the idea of maillot you in winter makes you shiver, you can only participate at the first hour, and vice versa for those who want to test only water sports.

Capital of Champagne, the city of Épernay also has a rich cultural and architectural heritage. This is what we are proposing to discover this nine-step tour around the city center. The walk starts at the foot of the City Hall and its park for a forced passage on the Avenue de Champagne. Far from the idea of visiting its countless kilometers of galleries, a detour to the Orangerie and the Perrier Castle will suffice. During the Second World War, this castle successively sheltered the English, German and then American officers! You will then go to the center to see the synagogue, the portal Saint-Martin or the House of the Moon, which will make you relive the milestones of the history of Épernay.

Sedan is no stranger to this traditional family event. What a pleasure it is to stroll around Place d'Armes and Place de la Halle, just a few days before Christmas. A host of decorating ideas tickle the fancy of parents, while children marvel at all the pretty lights. Gourmets are also in for a treat, with a multitude of regional products on sale. And of course, Santa Claus will be waiting for you in his chalet.

There are competitors, amateurs, but also spectators for this atypical animation, well awaited every year from now on. What a surprise to see a real carnival wandering the streets in December: athletes, children and adults, with their families or with colleagues, dress up and attack the city. Here costumes are sometimes a handicap to win but what a joy! A sumo, an elephant, many Santa Claus, Rabbids, Raving Rabbids will bring you a smile and warm you up for an evening.

The Festival Festival will celebrate its 10 year anniversary in 2018. A guarantee of success! For a week, the commune celebrates all kinds of games: internal or external, individual or collective… Games that go through the scene, with shows in orchards. Chess, but also ancient games, fun games, games where one likes to embody knights… Beautiful days in perspective!

If Troyes has its 48 h car, Fish has been organizing a long-term vehicle race on Melar lacquer roads for more than six years in June. The circuit is closed, and as in the Tour de France, it is expected to see these vehicles of another age, compulsory over thirty years old. No stopover, here we roll for pleasure! A beautiful, closed road parade.

The Oranges Festival now follows a cruise rate, with demonstrations throughout the summer but also in Easter, Ascension, or Heritage Days… Violins and trumpets sometimes join dance, with musicians from Italy, Lithuania and elsewhere.

For several years, Chaumont has played the Paris Plage by investing squares for the pleasure of small, large and sportsmen. Every year, the village of Vauchassis has been organizing a cider festival for 47 years. The appointment is known to apple lovers: tasting, crafts, presence of the Apple Sketchers Association, local products… It's mostly an opportunity for you to buy cider straight from the press, to eat quickly, but can also serve apple jelly. To your ideas! A nice meeting around heritage and taste.

UNESCO's World heritage basilica is illuminated by UNESCO every Saturday at 21 pm.

Amateurs and enthusiasts on foot, visit Flize on May 7 th! The municipality will live on that day at the pace of the many athletes who came to participate in the 10 km test, marked between paths and trails. A cultural initiative that had to be included in our guide. In 2024, the festival celebrates its ^32nd anniversary. The principle? The screening of films or shorts in which the heroes are children. A great way to paint children from all over the world, the project travels throughout the region. Themed evenings include manga, documentaries and short films, as well as ciné-goûter, guest screenings and prize-giving by a high-school jury. A lively fortnight of cinema that puts young people in the spotlight.

A main race of 10 km for passionate runners, and three secondary races to allow the youngest to participate; this is the program of the bullfight of Saint-Brice-Courcelles which is held every year in the streets of the town. For those who would like to add a competitive dimension to their regular or more occasional sports training: put on your sneakers and take part in this friendly event! Bonuses and rewards will be given to the best athletes, but whatever the final ranking, don't forget that the most important thing is to participate!

This year, the Festival celebrated its 10 th anniversary around the transvestite's figure. In the program, creation of the EU by a contemporary choreographer, debates, conferences, projections and concerts!

You leave your competitive spirit in the changing rooms and enjoy the pleasure of running at night with friends in an ultra friendly atmosphere under the encouragement of a host of supporters. This night march organized by the city's fire brigade takes you to discover Reims by Night! On the program, an 8 km course consisting of two 4 km loops in the heart of the Cité des Sacres in the footsteps of the kings of France. The departure is from Notre-Dame Cathedral, the site of the coronation of the French rulers, to the Basilica of Saint-Rémi, where Clovis was baptized, and back along the banks of the Marne Canal. Teaching children to love reading is the vocation of the association Lire et Délires, which brings together teachers, librarians and booksellers in love with reading who are committed to passing on their passion to the youngest. This adventure, which began 21 years ago in a classroom at the Cormontreuil school, has now become a children's book fair that brings together each year many authors and illustrators who come to share their creations and share a moment of Reading and Delirium with young and old.

Come and celebrate the book in Fismes, the cradle of Albert Uderzo and the famous little Gaul, Asterix, whom he created with Goscinny. Participants have 24 hours to make a short film of less than 5 minutes, a real challenge! You will then be able to see the selected films that will be screened in cinemas. At the end of the festival, the jury will award the prizes for best film, best actor, best plot, respect for constraint and student perspective to the 10 winners at the closing ceremony. Ready for the big thrill? Since 2006, the Interpol'Art festival has been the unmissable event for fans of detective stories and noir novels. During its two weeks in October, you will certainly come across famous authors such as Dominique Manotti, Caryl Férrey, Bernard Boudeau... in the City of Rites. Interpol'Art is not only dedicated to literature, the festival is open to all artistic disciplines, whether it be cinema or comics. Nature & climate, a close link: Saturday March 2, 2-4:30pm - Jardin de l'Eden, Châteauvillain. The climate is changing, and so are the cycles of nature around us! So what impact does climate change have on nature? Are plant flowering and fruiting disrupted by rising temperatures? To answer these questions, the Haute-Marne climatology association is launching a participatory inventory to collect data. At this event, we'll look at why and how you too can take part in this study.
