At the other end of the village is a group of rorbuer, the oldest of which date from the 1800s. Tastefully restored, they are equipped with a kitchenette and a shower. A cold room and a grill for freezing and cooking freshly caught fish are available to guests. In the main building overlooking the docks, a lovely little café made of white wood is arranged around its central fireplace. The rorbu is a fisherman's hut on stilts typical of northern Norway, more precisely of Lofoten.

These rorbu, or fishermen's huts, are small chalets refurbished to accommodate tourists who wish to stay several days on the Lofoten. As an added bonus, a unique setting on the waterfront in the charming village of Kabelvåg. Each hut is nicely decorated and has its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. If you have made a reservation, we will pick you up by car at the landing stage and drive you to this old farmhouse on the northern tip of the island, in the village of Nordland. We will be able to stay in an old presbytery at the foot of the mountains, transformed into an inn.
