Things to see and do Ria d'Etel

Néogothique style, it was built in 1914, replacing a very old church destroyed the year before. But the first negotiations for the new building went back as far as 1879… One of the characteristics of this church is that it does not have a bell tower! The Madeleine village also has its own history. It is a former leprosarium from the 12c which includes, among other remains, the aisle of Corderie, the hospital's ruined walls and two crosses carved in stone by lepers.

Located just opposite the reception desk of the town hall, on the ground floor of the municipal farmhouse, the Tourist Office offers all the information you need to find activities, hiking trails, accommodation or restaurants in the town.... The welcome is charming and very professional so don't hesitate. You will also find many brochures on the Ria d'Etel and on Morbihan in general: leisure activities, practical information, hikes, cruises... Not to mention the ticket office!

The Etel tourist information office welcomes you all year round to inform you about the sector's tourist services: accommodation, walks, points of interest, shops, heritage, events and festivals... Nothing will have any more secrets for you and you will be able to plan your stay in complete serenity. The Etel tourist office offers for sale some souvenir items, tourist cards, as well as a ticketing service for crossings to the islands and for some parks.
