Degnan's Deli is Yosemite's rather nice but mostly convenient sandwich shop. Ready to welcome many of the vacationers in Yosemite, the place is huge. The food is rather basic: salads, snacks, sandwiches, pizzas, soups... All in a very copious format. Simple and efficient. With a large beer and wine list. The place is convenient for a lunch break or when you come back from one of the great hikes in the valley. You can sit around the big tables, inside and outside.

This establishment is part of Half Dome Village, which also includes a grill, bar, pizzeria and café. It doesn't offer haute cuisine, but it does provide a well-balanced meal. In the evening, a low-price formula with a meat or fish dish and a choice of two side dishes. Gourmets can also head to the Pizza Deck, which remains open all year round. At weekends, coffees and pastries are available at Coffee Corner.

This Zion Lodge café is also a cafeteria. Fast food: burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads. Ideal for enjoying an ice-cream or a drink on the terrace. It's not great food, but it's more than enough to get your strength back before a hike or to recover after a long walk. Service is fast and efficient. The decor is rather rustic, with wood throughout. Unpretentious, but at least the Castle Dome Café gets the job done.

The coffee-shop of the bike rental store offers sandwiches, pastries and hot or cold drinks to consume on the spot or to take away. Everything is made with quality products, in a beautiful setting. It is also possible to reserve lunchboxes for the day. Bike rental is varied with classic or electric models and trailers. Strollers and wheelchairs can be rented.

This rather sober cafeteria is located in the Yavapai Lodge. Pizzas, salads, hamburgers... It is the ideal place to eat quickly hearty dishes. The establishment offers different formulas for breakfast and dinner only. A la carte dishes are also available with salads and pizzas. The value for money is acceptable. Yavapai Lodge also has a small coffee shop where hot and cold drinks, desserts and ice cream are sold.

It is the cafeteria of Maswik Lodge which proposes a very varied menu (starters, salads, mexican food, hamburgers...) at affordable prices. It is in this same place that the breakfast is served with a rather reduced but sufficient choice. Just next to this food court is a Pizza Pub. This one has a much more relaxed atmosphere. Its televisions show a lot of sports programs all the time. The establishment also offers a pizza delivery service for Maswik Lodge guests.

The restaurant at El Tovar Hotel is without a doubt the best in Grand Canyon Village. The cuisine is well prepared and can be enjoyed in a chic and cozy atmosphere. On the menu: pasta, salads, roast duck, salmon or lamb. For lunch, the menu consists mainly of sandwiches. Breakfast is varied and copious. Several tables offer a spectacular view of the canyon. A lounge is also ready to welcome you. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially in the evening. It should also be noted that the opening hours may change depending on the season.

Formerly the Arizona Room, Arizona Steakhouse is the Bright Angel Lodge's steakhouse. Steaks, BBQ, grilled chicken, but also salads and sandwiches (at noon only). This establishment really specializes in grilled meats with different types of meat (beef, bison and lamb). The bill can quickly rise with this kind of dishes. Arizona Steakhouse also offers a selection of beers and wines from local brewers and vintners. The food is very good. Reservations are highly recommended.

The Inn at Death Valley had to have a restaurant to match its standing: the Inn Dining Room. The establishment offers refined dining for breakfast and dinner, with breathtaking views of the desert salt marshes and the Panamint Mountains. Weather permitting, service is available on the Inn's terrace. Local flavors such as cactus, citrus, date and even pomegranate from the inn's garden are highlighted in the menu dishes. Appropriate dress is required (T-shirts and shorts are not permitted).

The Toll Road Restaurant offers classic sandwiches and burgers with a few dishes and salads. Breakfast is also served there. It is also possible to order lunch boxes if you plan to spend the day in Death Valley. At the Badwater Saloon, you can enjoy all kinds of drinks after a long day of walking in the desert sand. You can also enjoy some light meals.

This is the restaurant of Zion Lodge, the only establishment in the park. The food is very good with a menu of soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, fish and some chef's specialties. There is a wide selection of drinks, including local beers. The establishment serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a nice view. All in a rustic decor of stone and wood with beautiful photos of Zion National Park. In season, outdoor dining is also available at the Castle Dome Café next door.

A canteen for hikers and mule trekkers from the North and South Rims. There's no need to arrive for a meal without first making a reservation on the website. The canteen operates on a schedule for breakfast and dinner. Lunchboxes can also be ordered. Two options are available for dinner: steak dinner and stew dinner, both with beef. A vegetarian version is also available. An ideal place for those who love the chalet atmosphere.

Grand Canyon Lodge offers several types of dining options (Dining Room, Deli in the Pines and Roughrider Saloon). The first one offers simple and good food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in a pleasant setting (magnificent view on the North Rim), the second one offers a fast food without more which will be convenient to eat on the run. Finally, we will stop at the last one for a coffee, a breakfast or to quench our thirst with a cold beer in a saloon atmosphere after a hike, a slice of pizza in hand. Small terrace to enjoy the sun.

This is the park's only restaurant, and it's definitely worth a visit! Fish and seafood are the house specialties, with lobster sandwiches, crab cakes, smoked salmon and mussels marinière, but the menu also includes meat dishes and hearty salads... In the afternoon, we stop forafternoon tea to enjoy a popover, a kind of English muffin. To make matters worse, the view of Jordan Pond is fabulous.

The Bright Angel Restaurant offers a classic, correct restaurant.

Just a 10-minute drive west of the Joshua Tree Visitor Center, on the road leading to Pioneertown, this traditional diner serves hearty and tasty dishes. We particularly recommend it for breakfast: sit down with the locals and ask for the bacon and egg pancakes... Well done if you manage to finish! As well as the food, we're particularly taken with the decor: green banquettes and kitschy walls featuring pictures of kittens and flags.
