La Colmiane has a remarkable Via Ferrata, the Baus de la Frema. With a length of 1,600 m and a difference in altitude of 446 m, the route is extremely challenging. The aerial ramps allow you to observe the landscape, and it's not unusual to take breaks to enjoy these moments of communion with nature. It takes around 4h30 to complete the entire route, with varying degrees of difficulty in different parts, including two monkey bridges.

This group of friends, all seasoned mountain professionals, share their extensive mountain experience with the public. Their activities include the supervision of many mountain activities, in all seasons: white water sports, climbing and mountaineering, hiking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, via ferrata of Tende, La Brigue and Peille. They provide the necessary equipment and also offer multi-activity stays adaptable to families.

The ESF offers a full range of services on the resort's slopes, adapted to the age and level of each skier. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier, you can choose between private or group lessons for downhill skiing, snowboarding and freestyle, as well as a variety of activities such as snowshoe treks and more. Children aged three and over are catered for, and people with reduced mobility can discover handiskiing, bringing the pleasure of the mountains to everyone.

The mountain is whimsical: it reserves a different face every season. In winter, its cold character sometimes rebute the least brave, which leaves the physical training for a few months to better devote itself to conveyors, melted and other good famous… But is comfort not more valuable after a little effort? With its 40 kilometres of cross-country ski trails and many pedestrian routes, the area of Quail has more than one trick in its bag to motivate you!

Whether it's raining, selling, or snowing, physical training is all year round! If the motivation is not always high in winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoes can be excellent activities to give you a boost! The northern area of Beuil-les Launes, situated between 1500 and 2011 metres above sea level, has 25 kilometres of cross-country ski runs, divided into three tracks of various difficulties. The less trained will be able to embark on the trail of Sagne, while the experienced skiers will enjoy the two red tracks: those of Cumba Clava and the Saint John Plateau. As for walkers, rest assured that they are not left behind. The Beuil station also offers two marked and dammés circuits; We advise you in particular the Discovery itinerary, about two hours.

Hameau hamlet, Estenc is located at the source of the Var, between 1780 and 1850 metres of altitude. Its area of Nordic skiing stretches over 11 kilometres, offering the curious de the opportunity to try the joys of cross-country skiing without sweating blood and water. The Xivth National Park is located in the Beau National Park on a well-groomed and well-signposted route. How do we not taste the exercise in winter in the face of the so grandiose picture of snowy landscapes, still virgin from all human beings?

In the summer, you can enjoy a bucolic hike through the flowery meadows and spruce forests, while in the winter you can enjoy snowshoeing on the big white carpet. In all, more than 50 kilometers of marked trails crisscross the mountains: the Sestrières plateau, the Gialorgues valley, the Col d'Anelle... They are suitable for all levels, especially for families. An idea for a route? Opt for the Claffournier plateau, which you will cover in 2 hours: no doubt, you will not be disappointed!

Inside the Nartuby gorges, more than 400 level 3 and 8b+ certified sport climbing routes are set up and spread over 7 different sites. Several times a week, climbing lessons, "vertical adventure" outings to learn techniques and practice, in private lessons, in small groups or with the family, are organised by Philippe Bugada, La Corditelle, a state-certified climbing instructor. To reach these sites, take the D955 road westwards, along the river.
