Sun Yucheng and Zheng Jinyue are two former students of the Bordeaux Wine School. They wanted to stay in France in a quiet small town and chose Bourges to try the adventure of their first restaurant, opened in 2014. Sun is the daughter of Chinese chief, so necessarily its recipes have a good base. It's tasty, simple and refined. However, fresh produce requires, when there are no longer, there are no longer. So it is advisable to reserve your table in advance. Each midday you will only have the choice between two entries, two dishes, two desserts, on the slate.
